About Me

I don't just treat speech.

I'm Brooke Schafer, a certified speech-language pathologist based in Shreveport. I earned my certification through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, but I know that a credential on the wall is only the beginning.

What matters is whether a child can raise their hand in class without anxiety. Whether a parent can finally understand their toddler at the dinner table. Whether someone who stutters feels comfortable ordering coffee or giving a presentation. That's the work I care about.

I see clients at my office on Olive Street, drive to schools across the area for in-person sessions, and build every plan around the realities of your family's life — not the other way around.
